Want to Become a Riverfest Sponsor?
Riverfest has been a constant in our community’s history for the past 28 years. It is a summer festival like no other; it attracts people from all over Eastern Ontario and Northern United States from the young to the young at heart to enjoy fun and entertainment. It is designed to provide something for everyone.
Traditionally Riverfest has been the ‘jump start’ to summer. Riverfest depends highly on our community minded partners like you that are committed to the prosperity of the City of Brockville. This year Riverfest will be run for four days starting Canada Day Thursday, July 1st and running through to Sunday, July 4th.
Riverfest 2009 was a huge success with over 28,000 people experiencing this top notch event. Riverfest thrives each year by bringing a wide variety of events to our community festival. There were two reasons for Riverfest’s success last year; the main stage act “Theory of a Deadman” which sold over 6,000 tickets and community partners like you.
As a result of such a successful Riverfest in 2009, we will be bringing to the main stage another one of Canada’s hottest bands. We would like to invite you to participate while showcasing your business in the community at Riverfest 2010 as per the attached corporate levels. You will be able to promote your business to the tourist and home community.
Your company’s branding on Riverfest’s publicity and marketing is a key benefit of sponsorship. You will be a partner in hosting and promoting Riverfest 2010 in and beyond the immediate community where visitors will shop, eat, play and stay! Recording Artists
With so many options to choose from this year, we are in the process of looking at several new artists. We are sure to have something for everyone throughout our 4 day extravaganza!
Local Entertainment
Riverfest also loves to showcase some of Brockville’s best musical talent. We will continue to satisfy all tastes with a little bit of everything: jazz, country, and classic rock. We are sure you have heard some of these bands rocking local pubs and other festivals around the area.
Children’s Activities
This year Riverfest would like to step up the quality of the children's area by increasing the number of inflatable rides, events, and incorporating some new and exciting children’s programs. Riverfest will be utilizing the entire roundabout on Blockhouse Island, allowing a great number of children to participate without the hassle of large line-ups.
Fireworks
Our Fireworks Display has always been a favorite, crowd-pleasing event. What would Canada Day be without fireworks? Traditionally, the Fire in the Sky Show will take place on Canada Day, July 1st.
